3 c. cooked Great Northern Beans
1 c. dry pasta (i.e., broken speghetti or mini shells)
2 c. fresh chopped tomatoes
6 Tbsp. olive oil
2 c. chopped onion
3 cloves crushed garlic
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. sliced carrots
2 c. chopped zucchini
2 c. diced green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. oregano
4 Tbsp. dried parsley
2 tsp. basil
2 c. tomato sauce
9 c. water or stock
1 1/2 c. chuck roast, cooked

Simmer until ready to serve. Garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
