1 c white flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1 1/4 c sugar
2 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 c cooking oil
1/4 c honey
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
3 c (3 medium) peeled, sliced apples
2 c cranberries, cut-up
1 c chopped nutsmeats

For glaze:
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
1 - 2 T milk
2 - 4 T chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Generously grease and flour 12 c fluted tube pan. Lightly spoon flour into measuring. Stir in apples, cranberries and nuts. Pour into pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until cake tests done. Cool upright in pan for 30 minutes; invert and remove to serving plate to finish cooling. Combine 1 1/2 c powdered sugar, 1/2 g cinnamon and 1 to 2 T milk. Blend until smooth. Drizzle voer cooled cake. Sprinkle with 2 to 4 T of chopped nutmeats.
