3 cups cooked, cooled rice
peas, frozen or fresh
carrots, frozen or fresh, diced, sliced thin or julienne
2 eggs, scrambled
green onions
vegetable or olive oil
soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil and stir fry the following ingredients separately and set each aside to be combined at a later step:
- vegetables and onion together until crisp tender
- scramble the eggs

2. Heat oil and fry the rice. When heated thoroughly, add vegetables, scrambled eggs and mix thoroughly.

3. Season with soy sauce as much as you prefer.
