1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 cup celery
1 1/2 cups water
3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown: 1 lb. hamburger and 2 Tbsp chopped onion.
Boil: 1 c. celery and 1 1/2 c. water for 10 minutes.
SAVE THE WATER.
Add: the above 1 c. boiled celery
3 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
Add Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can cream mushroom soup
Mix and stir in above water (use judgement as to
how much you need...usually I use about 1 c. of it.
Don't get too watery.
Bake at 350 º for 1 hour. ADD: 1 regular size can
chow mein noodles last 10 minutes.
