1st Layer or Bottom:
6 cups rhubarb cleaned and chopped into small pieces
about 2 inch pieces.
2 cups white sugar
6 tbsp flour
2nd Layer:
1 cup butter or shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup oatmeal

Directions:

1st Layer:
Mix and put in a greased or sprayed 9 x 13 cake pan.
2nd Layer (top)
Mix and spread on top of 1st layer.

Bake at 350º for about 30 - 45 minutes (until it bubbles)
