2 T Oil
1 cup Rice
1/2 Onion
Garlic
10 leaves Cilantro
2 Tomatoes
2 cups of Water

Directions:
Directions:
In the blender, put water, tomatoe and cilantro and 2 cubes of Knorr Tomate. Blend this and put aside.
Chop onion and garlic. Heat Oil and fry onion 7 garlic and rice, till is brownish/ golden color.
Pour the tomatoe liquid to the rice and once it boils, reduce the heat.
