1 jar Enchilada sauce (red sauce)
8 corn tortillas
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Garnish: Sour cream
Chopped onion
Black olives
Lettuce
Tomatoes...
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain off fat, and return meat to skillet. Cut tortillas into 1"squares and add to skillet... Also add the sauce and cheese. Mix together and heat thoroughly. Serve with garnishes..
