1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 banana-mashed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
Add cinnamon and ground cloves to taste,
optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl, using electric mixwe, combine
all ingredients in the order listed.
2. Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan
and bake in a 300-degree oven for one hour
and 15 minutes.
3. Allow loaf to cool a little in pan before
removing to cool completely on a
rack.
