2 Quarts Sweet Apple Cider
2 cups Orange Juice
Juice from (2) #2 cans pineapple
1 cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp. whole cloves
2-4 sticks whole cinnamon
sugar or honey to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and bring to a simmer. Strain and serve hot.
NOTE: The secret to the success of this hot Christmas drink is to simmer for several hours before serving.
Simmering will enhance the blending of the spices.
