2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbls. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs separated
3 tbls. melted butter
1 qt. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Add buttermilk until dry ingredients are to a pancake consistancy. Beat egg whites stiff. Beat in butter and beaten yolks.Fold in whites.

Use about a tsp. of crisco in each hole. Pour into pan with large spoon and keep turning when you see the edges bubble. I use a skewer to turn.

Promise your kids these in the morning and you'll have them bring their friends for a sleepover! I like to set out peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, jam and maple syrup so everyone can fix them anyway they like!
