3 Tbs. oil, divided
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. frozen peas, thowed
1 c. chopped cookied ham
4 c. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of pepper
2 Tbs. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In wok, heat 2 Tbls oil and add eggs. Cook and stir until set. Remove from wok and set aside. Add remaining oil to wok and add onions, peas and ham. Stir fry 2 minutes. Stir in eggs and remaining ingredients. Heat through. Serve hot. Cooked shrimp or any other meat may be substituted for the ham.

Dee Dee loves my chinese food! Cook the rice early in the day and just add the rest. Frozen potstickers are great to serve with this!
