crust:
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2c. graham crackers (1 pkg.)

filling:
3 8oz. cream cheese (room temp)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites

topping:
2 cups sour cream
2 tbls. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put crust ingredients in food processor. Blend and press into 10" springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 300º.

Put filling ingredients in food processor and beat until creamy. Remove from containter and put in bowl and FOLD in beaten egg whites. Bake exactly 25 minutes at 350º and let cool.

Spread topping over cooled cheesecake and bake for 5 minutes at 475º.
