Mayonnaise (reg/light) or vegetable oil
1- 6.75oz. can chunk chicken, drained
1- 3 oz. can mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 C. chinese pea pods or sugar snap peas, cut into bite-size pieces (optional)
tomato wedges (optional)
