1 egg, beaten
10-12 chicken wings
1 tsp. garlic salt
2/3 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken wings in half. Dip in beaten egg, then in cornstarch and garlic salt. Brown in oil. Make sauce with remaining ingredients. Pour over browned wings. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes.

This is one of my children's favorites. It's very tasty, but messy, so have lots of napkins handy!
