16 Qts popped unsalted popcorn
6 C. rice Chex cereal
2 C. pecans, roughly chopped
1 C. packed brown sugar
1/2 C. margarine
1/4 C. corn syrup
1/4 t. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Combine popcorn, cereal and nuts in large bowl.
Combine sugar, margarine and syrup in saucepan. Bring to boil and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat, quickly stir in baking soda. Pour over popcorn mixture. mix lightly until well coated. Spread in 2 greased pans 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" Bake @ 250º 40 minutes stirring occasionally. Let cool, break apart.
