4 lbs. leg of lamb deboned and butterfly
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tbsp red wine
1 tsp. crushed basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
8 oz. Dijon Mustard
garlic
1 tsp. crushed rosemary
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything and pour over lamb. Marinate overnight.
Broil or grill 45 minutes 5 inches from heat. Brush with juices in pan a few minutes before finished.
