4 c. various combinations of flour: rice, rye, wheat, splelt, fine corn meal
1/2 c. honey
1 c. shelled walnuts or blueberries ( or both! )
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 c. apple or grape juice
2 eggs, beaten.

Preheat oven to 400º..Prepare 9" x 13" pan with baking spray..Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well...Combine wet ingredients, and fruit ( if used ) in smaller bowl, mixing well.. Add wet and dry mixtures together..mix (but do not beat) together until all ingredients are well-moistened....Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated 400º oven about 25-30 minutes (until toothpick, inserted in center, comes out clean)
