2 c flour
1 3/4 c sugar
1/2 c cocoa
1 T soda
2/3 c oil
1 c lowfat buttermilk
1 c strong coffee (instant may be used)
Frozen sliced strawberries, thawed (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease with acceptable margarine and then flour a 13x9x2 inch pan. Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa and soda; add oil and buttermilk. Stir until well blended. Bring coffee to boil over medium high heat, remove from heat and gently stir into batter. Pour into pan and bake 35 - 40 minutes. Serve with strawberries.
