1 1/2 c unsifted flour
3.4 c sugar
1 t baking soda
2/3 c strong coffee or water
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/3 c chocolate flavored syrup
1 T vinegar
1 t vanilla
1/4 t salt
confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
In 8x8x2 inch baking pan stir together first 3 ingredients. Ad next 6. Stir with fork, scraping corners and sides of pan, until mixture is uniform. Bake in 350 oven ofr 30 - 35 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly. Cool on wire rack. Place paper doily on top; sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Remove doily carefully.
