3 oz. box orange gelatin
1 C. boiling water
2 small cans mandarin oranges
1 Pint orange sherbet
1 pre-made angel food cake
1 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add juice from 1 can of the oranges. Spoon the sherbet into the gelatin and mix until sherbet is melted. Refrigerate until soupy stage.
Tear 1/2 of the angel food cake into pieces and place in a 9" x 13" pan. Pour 1/2 of the gelatin mixture over the cake in the pan. Whip the whipping cream and fold in well drained oranges. Put 1/2 of this on the gelatin layer, then tear up the other 1/2 of the angel food cake for the next layer, pour on remaining gelatin mixture and the remaining whipped cream mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
