1 - 8 oz pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup butter (no substitutes) softened
6 cups confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. Maple flavoring
2 lbs. dark chocolate candy coating
1 cup chopped pecans or (peanuts)
Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl cream, butter,cream cheese,confectioner's sugar and flavoring.
Cover and refrigerate for (1) hour
Shape into (1) inch balls.

In a microwave or heavy sauce pan, melt candy coating.
(Helpful hint) Do not melt chocolate in a plastic bowl. The plastic does somthing funny to the chocolate.
Dip balls in coating, sprinkle with pecans and place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets.
Refrigerate.
