7up Salad Recipe

2 pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7up or Teem
1 c. small marshmellows
1 lg. can crushed pinapple, drain and reserve juice

2 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
juice from pineapple
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. cool whip

Dissolve Jello in water and add soda, marshmallows, and pineapple. Chill.

For the topping, combine all ingredients except Cool Whip, in a medium saucepan and cook until thick. Cool, then fold in Cool Whip. Spread evenly over Jello mixture.
