2 1/2 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups milk
6 cups cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Carob ice cream - add 3/4 cup carob.

Fruit ice cream - 4 cups fruit for 4 cups milk and reduce sugar to 1 3/4 cups.
