- 1 cup Real Mayo
- 2 cups shreaded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 White Onion (minced)
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- French Bread - cut into rounds (bakery will do this for you)
- Green Onion thinly sliced

Directions:

Combine parmesan cheese, mayo and minced onion in a large bowl and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. May need to add more cheese if mixture gets soupy...

Turn Broiler on 390. Foil cookie sheet and place bread rounds on sheet

Add mixture to top of bread round. Top with green onion. Place in broiler, but keep a close eye or it will burn. Once cheese starts melting pull out and serve warm.
