2 C. each washed and cut up rhubarb and strawberries.
3/4-1 C. sugar depending on sweetness of strawberries
1 T. cornstarch
1/4 C. water if needed
dash salt
Pie pastry for 2 crust pie

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut up rhubarb and strawberries. Place in saucepan. If strawberries are juicy, you won't need the water. Add sugar, cornstarch and salt. On med heat boil mixture until thickened. Pour into pie crust and top with 2nd crust. Bake @ 350º 1 hour.

My Grandma died in 2006 and I miss her pie almost as much as I miss her!
The great grandchildren named her Grandma Goldie, because they had so many Grandmas.
