2 sticks butter (1 C.)
2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. corn syrup
1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. vanilla
10 Qt. popped popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add baking soda and vanilla, mixture will foam up! Pour over 10 Qts popcorn. Bake @ 250º 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.

If you like nuts, you may add 1 can mixed nuts with the 10 Qts. popcorn.
