1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
5 Tbsp melted butter
1 Tbsp sugar

FILLING:
5 eggs
3 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
FILLING (CONT):
1 C sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

TOPPING:
3 C sour cream
1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Press into a 9x13 baking dish.

Put the softened cream cheese into a bowl. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Slowly stir in the sugar and vanilla. Pour cheese mix over crumb mix and bake in a slow oven (300º) for 1 hour.

Combine sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Spread topping over cheese mixture and let cake stand for 3 minutes.

Raise oven temperature to 350º and bake cake for 5 minutes.

Chill cake for several hours. Keeps well cut into quarters and stored in freezer.
