Directions:
Mix and the cold coffee, sugar and Grand Marnier and set aside.

Cream butter, then beat in eggs.

Melt chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Add melted chocolate to butter and eggs, mix thoroughly.

Line a bread pan with foil, shiny side to the outside, allowing enough to hang over the edges to cover the top. Arrange a layer of vanilla wafers on the bottom of the pan.

Sprinkle generously with coffee liquid, then spread a layer of chocolate cream. Repeat with layer of wafers and coffee, then cream until cream is gone, ending with wafers.

Fold foil over to cover cake. Set an identical pan on top of cake and weigh down with a heavy stone or brick. Refrigerate 12-16 hours minimum, preferably 24 hours.

Remove from foil, place on serving plate. Beat whipped cream sweetened or flavored with Grand Marnier until it stiffens. Frost top and sides of the torte with whipped cream.
