Crock Pot Roast Recipe

1 rump roast - trim away excess fat
1/2 large bell pepper
1 medium onion
1 tsp minced garlic
Tony's seasoning
Onion powder
Garlic powder
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1 package of brown gravy mix
1/2 package of beef stew mix
1/2 can beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp Lea & Perrins

Season your roast with Tony's onion and garlic powder and put into crock pot
Chop onion, bell pepper and add to crock pot with minced garlic
Mix together:
Soup mix, brown gravy mix, beef stew mix, beef broth and Lea & Perrins - pour over roast
Spoon cream of mushroom soup over roast
Cook on high for 8 - 10 hours or until tender. The last hour or so you can add cut up potatoes and carrots - cook until tender. Serve over rice.
