4 eggs
1 ½ c. milk
1 c. cheddar cheese
½ packet Knorr’s vegetable seasoning
1 block frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 Pillsbury prepared pie crust or 16 individual size quiches

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place pie crust into pie pan. Mix all other ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes or until knife comes clean.



This recipe can be used to make 16 small individual size quiches as well. Bake small quiches at 375 for 25 minutes.
