1 stick butter or margarine
2 onions chopped
1 bell pepper - small chopped
4 garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup celery chopped
1/2 cup parsley chopped
1/2 cup green onion tops
1 LB crawfish tails
1 can either golden mushroom or cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Melt butter or margarine
Saute vegetables in butter or margarine
Add crawfish and cook 1/2 hours
Add can of soup and simmer for 20 minutes
(I also add 1 can of cream of shrimp soup to the recipe)
