1 C chopped walnuts
3/4 C packed brown sugar
1/2 C butter or margarine
1/2 C semisweet chocolate pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Butter an 8"x8" pan, and sprinkle nuts on the bottom of the pan.

In a 1-1/2 quart pan cook brown sugar and margarine to 290º (medium heat).

Spread into pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top and let stand for 1-2 minutes, then spread over toffee.

Chill and cut into pieces.
