1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower (california mix) "thawed and drained"
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 jar chopped pimento
1 can french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables, soup, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 of the french fried onions.

Pour into a large casserole dish.

Bake covered at 350º for 30 minutes
Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake uncovered 5 more minutes.

Be prepared to go home with an empty casserole dish - it will go fast! I sometimes double this recipe because it is so good.
