Ingredients:  
1st Layer
1 pkg cornbread mix, mixed as directed, add 2 handfuls frozen corn
Bake until just set, about 1/2 the baking time

2nd layer
1 lbs lean ground beef,
1 onion
2 T chili powder
1 T cumin
2 T hot sauce

3rd Layer
1 chopped red or green pepper
2 Cups cheddar cheese

4th layer
chopped green onion
1 T cilantro, Chopped
1 tomato, chopped and seeded
2-3 chopped and seeded jalapenos
1 small can sliced black olives

5th layer

sour cream
lettuce
salsa to taste

Mix package of cornbread mix, as directed and add 2 handfuls frozen corn.

Bake until just set about 1/2 the time

2nd layer
brown ground beef with chopped onion, chili powder, cumin and hot sauce

3rd Layer
Add chopped red or green pepper and cheddar cheese. Return to oven and finish baking.

4th layer
Chopped green onion, cilantro, chopped, tomato chopped and seeded, chopped and seeded jalapenos, sliced black olives

5th layer
top with sour cream, lettuce and salsa to taste
