1 lb. powdered sugar
1 T. gum arabic
1 tsp. cream of tarter .
3 T. meringue powder
1/3 c. water
Directions:
Directions:
Sift all dry ingredients together. Add Water – blot until shine is gone. Everything is to be grease free. Keep covered with a damp towel.
