1 pkg ground Italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
Lasagna noodles
1 bag fresh spinach
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large container ricotta cheese
Pasta sauce of your choice
Bag of Italian cheeses

Cook the lasagna noodles. Cook the Italian sausage with the chopped onion.

Steam the spinach with the minced garlic, then mix it into the ricotta cheese.

Layer a baking pan; sauce, noodle layer, meat layer, cheese layer, sauce... then repeat until either the pan is full or you're out of ingredients. Make the top layer sauce and then top it off with the shredded Italian cheeses.

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and everything is hot.
