4 lb beef arm,blade or cross rib pot roast
1 can 10 1/2 oz cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg of onion soup mix
8 small potatoes
8 medium carrots,cut crosswise into halves
2 tbls of water

Directions:
Directions:
Place piece of foil, 30x18 inches, in ungreased pan, 13x9x2 inches.
Place beef in pan. Mix soup and pkg of onion soup;spread over beef.Add vegetables,sprinkle with water. Fold over and seal.
Cook in 300 degree ovenfor 4 hours. Skim fat from gravy; serve gravy with beef.

You can substitute with 3-lb beef bottom, rolled rump,tip or chuck eye roast. This dish is so simple to cook and cleanup. The meat will be falling apart.
