3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 ½ c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped zucchini
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
½ tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 5 ingredients. Sift together next 5 ingredients and then mix all together. Pour in 9"x5"x3" pan. Bake at 325º until done.
