1 cup green onion; 1 cup celery (both finely chopped); 1 cup mayo; 1 6oz pkg. cream cheese;1 can cr. chicken soup, (no water added);1 Tbsp gelatin dissolved in 2 T. water. 1 pound fresh crab.

Directions:
Heat soup, add gelatin, cool. Shread crab meat into fine shreads. Add everything to soup mix.
Pour into fancy mold that has been sprayed with Pam. Cover tightly and refrigerate over night.
Serve with thinly sliced bagette or water crackers.
