3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 well beaten eggs
1 tsp. red food color
1 – 16oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 ¼ c. oil
(save ½ cups juice)
Topping:

1 – 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. Strawberry juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Make a hole in the center and pour in oil, eggs, and strawberries. Mix well by hand. Stir in food coloring until evenly blended. Pour into 2 greased floured 9”x5” loaf pans. I use PAM and sometimes 3 smaller loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350º. Mix topping and spread on bread slices.
