1 c. Flour
¾ tsp. Baking powder
½ tsp. Baking soda
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ c. butter
½ c. sugar
1 Egg
½ tsp. vanilla
½ c. sour cream
½ c. golden raisins
Topping:

3 T. Brown Sugar

2 T. granulated sugar
½ c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Cream butter and add sugar gradually. Beat until fluffy. Add egg, vanilla, and beat well. Add sour cream & flour to mixture alternately. Stir in raisins. Grease bottom only of 1 ½” muffin tins. And fill 2/3 full Sprinkle with topping and bake 425º for 12 minutes.
