2 cups dried beans, soaked over night;
1/2 lb bacon or ham, chopped;
1/2 tsp salt;
1/2 cup light brown sugar; 1 tsp cider vinegar;
1/4 cup ketchup; 1 tsp. prepared mustard;
1/2 cup cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Put beans with water, put into large pan and add bacon and salt. Boil until beans are tender.
Drain and pour into greased 2 1/2 quart casserole,
(Save liquid from beans). Mix and add brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup and mustard.
Bake at 350º 1 hour, if dish appears too dry and thick, add some of the saved liquid and mix well, add cream and bake a half hour longer. Serve hot
