1 pound regular-sliced bacon;
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar;
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
CUT bacon in half & let come to room temperature.
COMBINE sugar and cinnamon.
PAT bacon with mixture; packing it down hard;
BAKE at 325º for 20 minutes.
TURN and pack rest of mixture.
BAKE for 25 minutes more.
Bacon will be a very dark brown and crispy.
Cool before serving. Best a room temperature.
