12 lbs. beef liver
4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. worchestershire sauce
1-1/2 c. lemon juice
3 - 4 onions
1-1/2 c. margarine or butter melted
1 tbsp. garlic juice

Directions:
Directions:
Bake liver until just done. Put liver and onion in meat grinder or blender until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
