1½ cups crushed cornflakes
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup milk
8 slices day old bread
4 teaspoons mayonnaise or mustard
4 thin slices cooked ham
4 slices American cheese
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs and milk. Layer bread, mayo/mustard, ham and cheese. Dip in egg & milk mixture. Dip in cornflakes. Layer in greased pan and drizzle with butter. Bake at 425° for 10-15 minutes.
