Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box super moist German chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. water
1 can coconut-pecan frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients with spoon in the microwave bowl. Spoon frosting onto top of cake batter. Try to spread it all over the top. Put in the microwave without a lid and cook approximately 11 minutes. Use a toothpick or knife to check for doneness. Let it cool in the microwave container for about 15 to 20 minutes. Turn onto a cake plate. You have an instant cooked and frosted cake because the frosting has gone to the bottom during cooking and is now on top of the cake.
