2 lb. lean ground hamburger or ground turkey
1 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, diced
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
3 bread slices (finely diced)
1 T. chopped parsley
1 box jumbo shells or manicotti shells
32 oz. of your favorite spaghetti sauce
dash of salt, pepper, and oregano

Directions:

Mix altogether raw ground hamburger or ground turkey, egg, mozzarella cheese, bread, milk, parsley, salt, pepper and oregano. Prepare jumbo or manicotti shells per instructions on the box. Stuff jumbo or manicotti shells with mixture. Place aside and heat spaghetti sauce. Pour some sauce on the bottom of a flat 9" x 13" pan, place stuffed shells on top laying them flat, pour remaining sauce on stuffed shells and sprinke with oregano. Cover pan tightly with foil and place in oven at 350º and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, remove foil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. With foil removed, bake ten minutes more.
