1 qt. size zip lock freezer bag
Crack 2 eggs (large or ex-large) into bag
(not more than 2)
Shake to combine them.

Add extra ingredients such as :
cheese, ham, onions,green pepper, tomato, hash browns salsa etc.
Shake your choice of ingredients in bag .
Be sure to get the air out of bag and zip it up.
Place bag in rolling boiling water for exactly 13 mins.
You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large kettle
Cut open the bag & the omelet will roll easily.
