6 oz. peach jello
2 Tablespoon sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
8 oz. carton Cool Whip
2 cups buttermilk
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peach jello, sugar, and pineapple in saucepan and bring to a
boil
until jello dissolves. Cool syrup. Fold together cooled syrup,
cool
whip, and buttermilk. Refrigerate at least two hours
