1 pt. blueberries
1/3 c. water
1 c. sugar, divided
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine blueberries, 3/4 c. white sugar, water and lemon rind in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer 2 minutes. Pour into a 8" square pan.
Combine 1/4 c. white sugar with brown sugar, flour baking powder and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle crumbs over blueberry mixture.
Bake 25 minutes or until top is brown. Serve with whip cream or ice cream.
